“Perfect Solution for Peripheral Artery Disease”
PERIFLEX Cobalt Chromium Peripheral Stent is a balloon expandable L605 cobalt chromium alloy stent pre-mounted onto a Balloon delivery catheter (Over the Wire (OTW) & Rapid Exchange (RX) delivery system), which can be deployed by inflating balloon. Upon balloon inflation, the stent achieves a cylindrical shape, it is a permanent implant.
PERIFLEX Cobalt Chromium Peripheral Stent System is indicated for improving luminal diameter of lower limbs arteries (Iliac, Femoral and Popliteal arteries) in patients with de novo and restenotic lesions, with reference vessel diameters between 4.00 mm to 12.00 mm and lesion lengths up to 200 mm. The stent is intended as a permanent implant.
PERIFLEX stent structure is engineered for outstanding flexibility and conformability.
Optimum cell size and shape result in minimum vessel wall injury due to intra cellular balloon protrusion.
Better vessel wall coverage
No plaque protrusion
Lower strut thickness to minimize focal mechanical injury to endothelium and media
Optimal thickness of stent strut provides favorable balance between radial strength and deliverability
Better crossing profile
Better stent artery compliance to minimize arterial strain due stent artery compliance mismatch
Constrain design concept at both ends was maintained for PERIFLEX stent to provide the feature of uniform deployment.
The unique 199 mm length makes it easy to achieve full coverage of long lesion.
